The TRU series is built by Clayton, these homes do not have many options to choose from. The interior colors are standard and the home come as you see them in the pictures. You are able to select the exterior colors. There are some options that can be added - i.e. House Type rear door with Storm, OSB wrap, 2x6 walls (R19), Gas Range and Furnace, 16' Dormer (Doublewides only). All of the homes come with Lino flooring thru out, there is not an option for carpet.
